What times are the gym, pool and spa open?
Located on level 11 (accessed via stairs from level 10) is the hotel Gym. Guests are welcome to enjoy the services and city views from the gym 24 hours per day. Towels are available in the gym. Please note that the gym is unmanned and is room key access.
The swimming pool is approximately 25 metres in length and is located at the rear of the hotel on the ground level. Swimming hours are from 6:30am – 9:00pm daily. There is no life saving officer on patrol. Our hotel promotes safe water policy and therefore asks that all adults supervise their children and not leave them unattended at any time. (Pool & Spa closed for essential maintenance from Wednesday 9th to Friday 18th June)
What disabled facilities do you have?
The hotel has walk in showers available in 1 x Deluxe City View King Room, 1 x Deluxe Park View King Room, all Deluxe Spa Suites and Executive Suites. Please contact the hotel directly to check availability.
The Restaurant and Lounge bar on the ground floor are wheelchair accessible as well as the Ballroom. The lobby also has an all abilities toilet.
Are there interconnecting rooms?
Yes. The hotel does have several interconnecting rooms with different bedding configurations. Please contact the hotel directly to book these.
Do you offer rollaway beds?
Yes. Rollaway beds are available for a fee of $45 per night. Please note these are ONLY available in our Suites and King rooms, with a maximum of ONE per room. We do recommend you request your rollaway in advance, as they are subject to availability.
Are there additional fees for extra guests?
There is an additional charge of $20.00 per 3rd and 4th adult in our Twin Rooms
What are the room maximum capacities?
The Deluxe City or Park View Twin Rooms can fit a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults. The Executive Spa Suite can fit a maximum of 3 adults.
Do you have laundry facilities?
There is guest dry cleaning service available at an additional cost.
There is a guest laundry available for use on level 4 at $3.00 per wash or dry with washing powder available for $1.00 from reception.
Do you have cots and baby/ infant furniture?
Cots are available at an additional cost of $15.00 per night and can be set up in all rooms. Please contact the hotel directly to book. The Walnut restaurant also provides high chairs and kids menus for younger diners
How to get to the hotel from the airport?
The following transport options are available to you travelling to and from Brisbane Airport (Domestic AND International):
Taxi - There is a taxi rank at the airport and outside front of the hotel, costs can be between $45.00 and $65.00 depending on traffic.
ConXion shuttle - can be booked at the airport or through their website www.con-x-ion.com. It costs approximately $20.00 per adult for a one-way trip and will drop you off directly outside of the hotel reception.
Priority One Shuttle service – a personal and very reliable service with $55.00 flat rate from the Airport to the Hotel or $45.00 from the Hotel to either terminal at the Airport. Bookable on their website http://traveltoqueensland.com/
Air train - The Airtrain connects both the Domestic Airport and the International Airport with the inner city stations. One-way tickets are approx. $19 per adult each way. We recommend disembarking from Central station, which is then a 10-15 minute walk of 4-5 city blocks.
Parking - On-site parking is available at the Hotel.
