Royal on the Park has eight air-conditioned meeting/ function rooms in Brisbane, providing comfortable surroundings for your delegates and guests. Our meeting and event rooms can cater for wedding receptions, or Brisbane conferences as small as a boardroom meeting for eight people up to an 800 person cocktail style event.
Our meeting rooms offer a variety of technical facilities, some including: broadband connection, microphones and public address systems, easels, flipcharts, lecterns, portable stage, special effect lighting and teleconferencing facilities. Other facilities can be provided on request in consultation with our onsite audio-visual company.
We have variety of other options available for Morning and Afternoon Tea, Lunch or Gourmet Platters for 10.
Catering is available Monday to Friday, pick-up from our convenient location in Brisbane CBD.
CHAPEL / THEATRE
Seats or chairs in rows facing a stage area, head table, or speaker (with no conference table). This is the most efficient set-up when the attendees will act as an audience. Good for large groups when reading/writing are not required.
