Garden Ceremony

Royal on the Park can organise your perfect Garden Ceremony in the picturesque City Botanic Gardens with a wet weather option when needed in our elegant draped Pavilion. Ask our Wedding and Events Executive upon application for further details.

Room Hire

Room hire is included in our Wedding Menu Packages. Your Wedding and Event Executive will be happy to provide you with all the information about our rooms and packages upon request.

Floral Arrangement & Centrepieces

We are partnered with one of Brisbane's finest florists, with whom you can discuss your special requirements. They will work with you to enhance your ideas, give you innovative and practical advice about the best flowers for the season, and to suit your budget.

Theming

In conjunction with our suppliers, we can theme your wedding reception around a variety of ideas to suit your style. From elegant centrepieces to a fully decorated function room, your Wedding and Event Executive can provide numerous concepts for your special day.

Entertainment 
 

Your Wedding and Event Executive can recommend a variety of entertainment from a DJ to a 10 piece band. Costings can be provided on application.

Great concepts from past weddings include: Violinist, Harp, Band or DJ.

The Wedding Cake

Our Chefs are happy to cut your cake as part of the service we include in our packages. You also have the option available to serve your wedding cake as dessert.

For the Children

Royal on the Park welcomes children at your Wedding Reception. We understand the need for catering to your ‘little’ guests.

Plated Dinner
Ages 4 to 12 years - $30 per child
• Chicken nuggets with chips and salad
• Vanilla ice cream
• Soft drinks and juice

Ages 13 to 17 years - standard package price less price reduction for the alcohol component
• Selected menu as per adult guests
• Soft drinks and juice

Children under 3 years are complimentary and highchairs are available upon request.

Beverage Options

Pre Dinner Drinks
Drinks are available during pre dinner for 30 minutes in conjunction with your selected beverage package in our Southern Cross Pavilion. You can also upgrade to a Premium or Deluxe package.

After Dinner Beverages
A selection of dessert wines, ports, liqueurs and cognacs are available to be served at the conclusion of the meal. Prices are available upon application.

To complement your wedding day, we offer 153 elegantly appointed guest rooms and Suites ideal for your guests to relax and unwind after your perfect day. Ask about our special rates available for your guests.
