The entire team at Royal on the Park were a pleasure to deal with and we received only positive feedback on the high level of service and the excellent quality of food. The event was well received by an appreciative audience and we have had very positive feedback from many of the guests who commented on the lovely venue.

Royal on the Park, I was the lucky winner of a prize from the 'Experience Brisbane' event in Melbourne last November. On Saturday night my partner and I stayed at your hotel. My partner travels very extensively with his work, and we were both so impressed with the quality of your hotel and the personal service we received. Most hotels are so formulaic - and you very rarely experience great customer service, even at 5 and 6 star establishments. We had such a great time - every member of your staff that we came into contact with was terrific. The spa suite was beautiful - much more spacious than we had expected. Thank you so much for the prize. I will be sure to recommend your hotel to my friends and colleagues next time they are going to Brisbane or planning a conference or event in your city.

I write to compliment ALL of your staff on the excellent service I have received throughout 2007 whilst staying at your Hotel on business. The front desk customer service & concierge staff are ALWAYS outstanding with their friendly can-do attitudes and it is such a pleasure to arrive after a long flight and be greated by smiling helpful staff. (Rarely does this happen elsewhere) Your rooms are always clean & comfortable and the added extra of the complimentary newspapers makes a difference. My only feedback would be to attend to some of the shower heads (room # 322 this week not working properly). I always enjoy dining at your restaurant, the food is fabulous and I have never had a bad experience. To sum up, whatever your secret is with your customer service and staff attitudes - please keep it up! I am regularly referring family & friends to your Hotel because of this. I look forward to staying with you again in 2008.
